Internal Sales Support Executive, Hull, Full Time, Up to £28,000 + Excellent Pension, Free Parking.
Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a highly prestigious client who has an enviable global reputation for excellence. The focus of this role is to support the sales team and to deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients and to respond to technical queries and quotations.
The role responsibilities involve
Working with internal departments and customers to ensure customer orders are met
Establishing and nurturing customer relationships and dealing with quotations and managing orders and deliveries
Providing in-depth sales and management information using Excel
Effectively handling customer complaints
Excellent administration skills including Excel
A thorough understanding of working with clients and a proven history of providing excellent customer service
Good education standard
An aptitude to understand technical issues
Friendly, outgoing and able to use initiative
