Technical Customer Service Advisor
Technical Customer Service Advisor required for a successful manufacturing company based in Leeds. Salary up to circa £24,000 + 21 days holiday, pension scheme, childcare vouchers and cycle to work scheme.
Hours are Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700.
The Technical Services Department is looking to recruit a self-motivated dedicated team player to join the Department. You may already be working in a chemical, building or construction industry within a Customer Service or Technical based role or just have a technical aptitude or a general knowledge of construction or similar with strong customer service skills.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager the main purpose of the Technical Customer Service Advisor will be to;
Provide technical support and advice to external customers and end users over the phone and via email and letter
Conduct investigations in response to customer enquiries including manufacturing & quality issues
Perform basic testing of products, take ownership of any possible problems and conclude to a resolution
Accurately record, present and analyse data
Ideal applicants will have;
Good technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
