Field Service Engineer, Reading to Swindon area, salary up to £35,000 + van

 

Arlington Moore is working exclusively on behalf of a successful, growing client who are looking to appoint a Service Engineer to join their established team.

 

The role of Service engineer is responsible for.

Providing Engineering Services to customers
Repairing and testing machinery
Conducting onsite routine service and maintenance
Assisting in-house job preparation
Completing job sheets for final Customer sign off
Updating and submitting personal administration regarding time sheets and expenses
Logging parts movements

 

 

Experience 

 

We are ideally looking for an experienced electrical, mechanical Field Service Engineer or Field Maintenance Engineer but we would also welcome applications from Maintenance Engineers looking to move into a mobile role or candidates who have left the Army, Navy or Airforce and have an engineering trade and are looking for a new role.  We require basic electrical and mechanical skills as well as the willingness and ability to work with customers face to face.
