Customer Account Executive, £22,000 - £24,000, 8.30 – 5 M-T / 4.30 Fri, 25 Days holiday + BH
Our client is a hugely successful company operating globally. They pride themselves on first class customer service hence their reputation for excellence and historic repeat business from major global players. We are now looking to appoint a Customer Account Executive to join their busy team based in the Wakefield area.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Customer Account Executive will be responsible for.
Processing customer orders
Keeping records of orders, overview of dispatch, and monitoring stock levels
Organising the dispatch of finished products in cooperation with logistics
Loading sales enquiries into the system
Preparing supporting documents for the issue of invoices and release of invoices to customers
Communicating with customers if problems occur
Liaising with other departments if complaints occur such as quality
Assisting with organising exhibitions
Preparing presentation documents for meetings and visits
We are looking for an Account Executive, Account Manager or Customer Service or Customer Contact Executive with excellent communication and organisational skills. You should also be able to demonstrate how you have put customer needs at the forefront of what you do and how you have tackled and overcome issues effectively. Knowledge of how the supply chain operates is ideal but not essential.
