What are we looking for in our Production Operations Manager?

 

You should be an ambitious production professional as the company is on an incredible journey of growth.  You should have a keen eye for production improvements and a good grasp of exceeding KPIs and reaching targets as well as an ability to nurture talent and maintain a hardworking, cohesive, friendly production team.

 

You should be a seasoned production professional who has an engaging leadership style and who champions empowerment and drives engagement and teamwork to deliver exceptional production operational Performance. You should also have a history of identifying and managing improvements throughout the production process.

 

We are looking for an engaging, passionate Production Manager who has experience of food production / food packing or value-added services (VAS).
